Violencia en contextos escolares: percepción de docentes sobre manifestaciones de violencia en instituciones educativas en Cúcuta-Norte de Santander

Abstract

Se muestran los resultados sobre las percepciones de 823 profesores en torno a manifestaciones de violencia en las instituciones objeto de estudio. Se utilizó como instrumento el Cuestionario de Buss y Perry (1992), adaptándose las preguntas con el propósito de fundamentar de manera válida y confiable los resultados obtenidos. Así mismo, se construyó un instrumento con preguntas de opción de respuesta múltiple para complementar la escala Likert. Los resultados muestran que los estudiantes no solo se agreden entre sí, también se evidencian agresiones entre estos y los docentes.

The presented results are the perceptions of 823 teachers on violence manifestations in the institutions under study. The Buss and Perry Questionnaire (1992) was used as an instrument, adapting the questions in order to validly and reliably substantiate the obtained results. Furthermore, an instrument with multiple choice questions was built to complement the Likert scale. The results show that not only students assault each other, but also aggressions between students and teachers were evidenced.
