El artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre la estrategia organizacional y la adopción de prácticas saludables en las organizaciones de salud de la Región Caribe Colombiana. Para ello se buscó identificar la tipología de estrategia de mayor prevalencia en la organización objeto de estudio y analizar las prácticas saludables en instituciones del sector salud. La investigación se enmarcó en un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño correlacional. Para estudiar dicha relación, se llevó a cabo un trabajo de campo en empresas de salud tomando como muestra a 134 empleados de estas organizaciones. Resultados: se observó que la adopción de prácticas saludables relacionadas con planes de desarrollo, empleados y medio ambiente no tuvo una relación estadísticamente significativa con la estrategia; variables comunidad, compradores y vendedores, si tuvieron una relación estadísticamente significativa con la estrategia. Conclusión: relaciones entre planificación de carácter estratégico en una empresa, no se implementan en prácticas saludables en las organizaciones.

El objetivo de esta investigación fue diseñar un modelo pedagógico desde una visión humana basado en el aprendizaje bajo el enfoque cognitivo cuyos exponentes más relevantes para este estudio fueron Ausubel y Vygotsky, desde una metodología para fortalecer las competencias matemáticas de los estudiantes de educación básica, a través de la implementación de estrategias didácticas mediadas por nuevas tecnologías NTIC en la aplicación del concepto de función. La investigación fue de tipo cualitativa, investigación acción, aplicada a una muestra de 37 estudiantes que fueron intervenidos mediante la implementación de cuatro estrategias plasmadas en secuencias didácticas, a excepción del modelo de aula invertida, estas estuvieron mediadas por las TIC entre ellas (Tablero digital, blogs, plataformas web 2.0, software Geogebra, tabletas digitales, PC y redes sociales) que permitieron procesos de transformación en el aula como factor principal y determinante del proceso educativo al estudiante y al trabajo en equipo como actividad social coadyuvando al logro de aprendizajes asociados al concepto de función y desarrollo de actividades en clase, potenciando el alcance de competencias. A su vez, los recursos digitales utilizados permitieron la consecución de los objetivos propuestos, un mejoramiento en el rendimiento académico y un alto grado de motivación hacia el trabajo en clase en el área de matemáticas y propició la autonomía, la responsabilidad y el sentido crítico del estudiante.

La investigación sigue un enfoque cuantitativo, cuasiexperimental, su objetivo fue analizar la influencia del desarrollo de la creatividad, en la motivación hacia el aprendizaje de las ciencias naturales en estudiantes de la básica primaria del Centro Educativo “Cuatro Bocas” del Municipio de San Martín, Cesar. Con una muestra intencional de 30 estudiantes cuyas familias son agricultores del Cesar se implementan test de creatividad y motivación con alfa=0,8 y 0,9 respectivamente, asi como pruebas pretest y postest. resultados muestran mejora en motivación al implementar la metodología Creativa, diferencias significativas en grupo control y experimental antes y depués de implementar metodología. Conclusión: metodologías que fomentan la creatividad tuvo incidencia en la motivación hacia el aprendizaje de las ciencias en los estudiantes.

La investigación se enmarca en un enfoque cuantitativo explicativo, cuyo objetivo fue analizar un modelo para describir la tasa de desempleo condicionada a la probabilidad de pasar de un estado ocupacional a un estado de desocupación, ante distintas características del perfil de egreso de los individuos de universidades de Norte de Santander. Dentro de este marco de referencia se estudiaron los cambios de condición laboral en egresados para los años 2014 y 2016; a través de muestreo por conglomerados multietápico. Resultados: valores predictivos altos y ajustes adecuados caracterizaron los modelos tipo logit ajustados. A través de sus coeficientes se obtuvo una medida de las diferencias en cuanto a la inercia laboral entre diversos programas académicos. El modelo logit ajustado fue un modelo óptimo para medir tasa de desempleo en profesionales.

A partir de una metodología de diseño geométrica se generaron teselas que respondieran a la lógica matemática, y conservara un carácter artístico asociado a la cultura de la región de frontera, al encargarse de estudiar la cualidades y propiedades de las formas que se pueden encontrar en el espacio habitable o en ejercicios teóricos matemáticos. Resultados presentan una composición geométrica definida como teselado utilizada para recubrir distintos planos. Conclusión: La exploración de formas y figuras presenta como resultado un teselado apropiado a la cultura de la ciudad de Cúcuta, el cual comprende dos piezas articuladas para formar un mosaico que responde a la lógica de diseño inspirada en M. C. Escher.

Considering that sustainability criteria play a fundamental role in the control and efficient operation of production processes, this article presents five fundamental steps based on the benefits of an Integrated Energy Management System. The five steps formulated for the development of processes under a sustainable development approach are based on measures for the rational use of energy that seek both environmental and economic benefits, if these savings measures are applied in the respective production process. The results obtained from the application of the five steps to a company of the product sector in Colombia, resulted in an additional benefit such as increased energy control of the production process. The article shows in detail how to establish the Baseline, evaluate the consumption trend, quantify emission reductions, economically quantify savings, and evaluate the energy control of the production process with a view to the sustainable operation of industrial processes. The main contribution of this article is the development of a systematic tool based on performance indicators and historical operational information of the process to achieve a sustainable and environmentally friendly operation of any company that implements it.

El presente artículo tiene el objetivo de analizar la influencia del uso de tecnologías digitales, particularmente, de software de geometría dinámica, acompañado de una didáctica en la concepción y solución de problemas aplicados, en un enfoque de enseñanza activa, en temas de optimización. La metodología siguió un enfoque cualitativo, se desarrolló a partir de taller con profesores, en el cual se resolvieron problemas en el contexto de máximos y mínimos de forma analítica y dinámica mediante el software geogebra. Resultados señalan la necesidad de implementar secuencias didácticas que guíen al a la concepción de optimización, la herramienta motiva la fase de enseñanza al permitir la simulación, modifica heurísticas y formas de solucionar un problema. Conclusión: la tecnología digital es factor motivante en la enseñanza, permite la visualización de representaciones de objetos matemáticos de manera dinámica, ayuda a la conceptualización si y solo si se apoya de secuencias didácticas.

In this article we present results of research whose objective was to analyze experiences in the growth of plants such as the Duranta and Salvia where the student develops competences in posing and solving problems that allowed him to argue, model, communicate on mathematics in improvement of their academic performance. The methodology followed a quantitative approach, field-type experimental design, applied to a sample of 180 students of engineering programs. Results: 95% of the students remained in the course, 99% scored above the general institutional average in integral calculus. Conclusion: Application in plant growth allowed to develop competences in raising and solving problems, development of mathematical thinking, analyzing variables and changes in a time, modeling situations; argue, represent entities. The use of blogs allowed the generation of new methods of study, and different forms of evaluation and evaluation of learning, both for students and teachers.

This work analyzes the influence of aluminum oxide with a particle size of less than 75 μm on the behavior in a clay, when it is mixed with this material at 10% by weight. It is observed how it influences the different stages of the manufacturing process and its effect on structural, mechanical and tribological properties. In previous works it has been used in different percentages increasing the mechanical resistance. For this work a composition was formulated using clay of high plasticity and making the conforming by the extrusion method. The results show the efficacy and efficiency of this material and its mechanism of action, showing increases in mechanical properties and a decrease in porosity. In addition to improving its tribological properties, granting to the products added value and the possibility to be suitable manufacture materials to be used in environments of intense pedestrian traffic or in industrial environments.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo interpretar realidades en competencias digitales de docentes y estudiantes en Norte de Santander, buscó contribuir con la educación de calidad en la consolidación de competencias digitales, al innovar y transformar la realidad universitaria a través del pensamiento reflexivo hacia un aprendizaje significativo y colaborativo con horizonte pedagógico socio critico apoyado en las teorías de la complejidad y el constructivismo para lograr que concurran los tres elementos básicos: Estado-Profesores-Estudiantes. Siguió la metodología cualitativa, mediante la etnografía y con un método de análisis hermenéutico, a partir de cuatro fases sistemáticas para la correcta gestión de la investigación, se seleccionaron como informantes clave a profesores, estudiantes a quienes se les aplicó la entrevista a profundidad así como la observación participante, el análisis de la información se llevó mediante la categorización, emergiendo resultados cruciales en los espacios académicos para la consolidación de competencias digitales. Resultados muestran el escaso dominio de competencias digitales por parte de profesores y estudiantes en logro de un aprendizaje significativo; se concluye que existe un distanciamiento entre la realidad y el deber ser; es decir, entre la planeación y ejecución de acciones que conduzcan al uso, familiarización e integración de las tecnologías como se demanda y prácticas en el ámbito educativo y laboral actual.

Effects of corudum in the development of structural mechanical and tribological propietes of raw materials for the manufacture of structural products

Improving the technological properties of a ceramic product without affecting its aesthetic quality is a daily challenge of the regional ceramic companies. To achieve this objective, analyzes were performed on an illitic-kaolinitic clay by adding corundum as an additive. The corundum content varied from 5% to 20% by weight with a particle size of less than 75 μm, being able to obtain products with low porosities and high mechanical resistance. This research is part of a series of studies carried out on an argillaceous raw material from the region of Norte de Santander (Colombia). The influence of the corundum content on the technological properties was evaluated. The results showed that corundum, when mixed with traditional raw materials, offers the conditions to be used as an additive in the production of ceramic products with increases of up to 67% in mechanical strength and a reduction of porosity of 46%, which can contribute to the development of value-added ceramic products for use in other technological applications.

The article shares some elements of comprehensive type about "mathematical argumentation in the classroom"; whose analysis, was made from two fundamental categories in the development of an oral mathematical argumentation process for the conviction, contradiction and validation of a written mathematical argumentation process. The research addressed two central categories of argumentation as a discursive form, the first one is the epistemic position, and the second one is the discursive position that students unveil at the time of mathematically arguing the solution to a problem situation. The research was developed under the interpretative paradigm through the design of a case study directed by the theory and technique of a focal group, for the collection of information. In the findings, difficulties in the passage were evidenced from the semantic to the theoretical from the epistemic position; regarding the discursive position, the presence of three discursive forms was revealed: description, explanation and argumentation, the latter being the least used by the students.

The objective of the article is to evaluate emotional intelligence in the initial teacher training of the mathematics bachelor program at the "Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander", San José de Cúcuta, Colombia. The methodology is framed in the qualitative approach with some complementary aspects of the quantitative approach, the applied technique is the interview and the trait meta-mood scale instrument. The results describe that the impacts of integrating the emotive dimension in the learning strategies of mathematics is a greater resilience in the teachers in formation, since thanks to the contact with their emotions through introspection and reflection they manage to draw plans and alternatives that help them to devote more time, ask more and study better, especially in those aspects that cause them difficulty.

The article presents the validity and reliability of the MICRORUBRI instrument based on rubrics, with problems applied to engineering that allow analyzing situations in real context, as well as the generation, visualization of surfaces, planes and vectors; its objective is to evaluate the development of competences in vector calculus in students who are enrolled in undergraduate engineering programs in the Municipality of Cúcuta, Colombia. It follows a design of descriptive study of validation of multidimensional scales through factorial analysis, construct validity, and facial. The study population was students of undergraduate programs of engineering, administration and agricultural sciences with ages between 17 and 20 years in the city of Cúcuta, Colombia, constituted the sample by 500 students. Results: A scale of 35 items was obtained. The factor analysis revealed dimensions of pedagogical practice oriented to leadership, creative thinking, emotional satisfaction, independence, creative attitude, productivity, leadership competencies, motivation; internal consistency was adequate (Cronbach alpha 0.72 – 0.95), global intraclass correlation coefficient of 0.97, average differences in sum of items -1.2 (SD: 7.5) and Kappa indexes higher than 0.9, shows high agreement among experts. Conclusion: MICRORUBRI is a valid and reliable instrument to evaluate the development of competences.

The objective of this research was to create a structural model able to explain the profile of student leaders during their youth stage, by implementing the pedagogical model form national university organization, in order to develop skills from a cognitive approach using an event-based learning trend. The research had a quantitative methodological approach, addressing differences in the students' cognitive abilities for oral expression and textual production, along with a correlational method of factorial design analysis, as a field type. The beneficiary population was made up of students from private educational institutions with an average age of 17 years. According to the model, it was found that among the factors associated with leadership are, the ability to lobby, strategies, critical reading, intensity of the debate, discourse analysis, quality of presentation, decision making, characteristics that determine the profile of a ruler.

La investigación sigue un enfoque mixto. Su objetivo es diseñar un modelo estructural que identifique variables explicativas del proceso de compra de artesanías y extractos de plantas medicinales a la comunidad inga. Desde el método etnográfico en investigación cualitativa, y utilizando elementos del diseño factorial y correlacional, basado en el modelo de ecuaciones estructurales (SEM) del enfoque cuantitativo, se implementan instrumentos de entrevista, observación y encuesta a una muestra constituida por 500 transeúntes consumidores de productos naturales y 280 integrantes de la comunidad inga del municipio de Cúcuta, Colombia. Los resultados permiten identificar categorías emergentes como planeación territorial participativa, contexto, igualdad de derechos, producción sustentable, organización, investigación e innovación, mercadeo y capacitaciones como inversión natural; así mismo, dentro de una inversión ambiental, factores de capacidad de talento humano, uso de prácticas ancestrales, factores sociales, producto, afecto y tecnología inciden en el comportamiento del consumidor como irrupción del orden social. Se concluye que a partir del modelo logit se identifica la representación cultural influida por el comportamiento del consumidor de productos en la oferta de las tribus.

Colombian cities are no strangers to this problem and as an improvement strategy, the testing and implementation of electric transport technologies is considered as an opportunity for modernization, efficient use of energy, reduction of emissions and energy diversification taking advantage of the energy resources available in Colombia. In Bogotá, the taxi fleet, due to its high energy demand and responsibility in polluting emissions, is a segment where electric vehicles can offer benefits to the operator, the citizen and the city. A description of Bogota's taxi fleet, the presentation of electric vehicle technology and a comparison between a gasoline vehicle and an equivalent electric vehicle in regular operation are presented, as well as some results from the pilot's early years. The technology has demonstrated reliability and efficiency, benefits to drivers and significant savings in greenhouse gases, but requires new incentives for massification.

Dosage is a technique to modify and improve the conditions of the soil-cement that comply with the conditions of the "Instituto Nacional de Vías" standard and in the same way, is economic to be implemented in different types of clay. The clay was classified depending on its plasticity (high plasticity and low plasticity) and the behavior at loads; making laboratory tests of modified proctor, compaction and CBR% for the clays with 4% of soil cement; at the same time, the results of CBR% of soil cement of 4% with natural soils, of 6% of cement and 1 were compared. In this way, was made a proposal of the elaboration of each type of soil-cement with its respective percentage, concluding that the clay of high plasticity can be used for subgrade and the one of low plasticity has a weak bearing capacity.

The Colombian regulation of earthquake resistant construction NSR-10 establishes that the seismic-resistant capacity of a building must be classified according to three degrees of energy dissipation: Special energy dissipation, moderate energy dissipation and minimum energy dissipation. The dimensioning and detailing requirements for structural elements that are demanded according to each grade depend on the need to withstand earthquakes in the inelastic range according to the seismic hazard zone in which the structure is located. This work presents an analysis of the incidence of the requirements of each degree of energy dissipation on the costs of multi-storey building structures. For this, the structural analysis and design of four building configurations (2, 3, 4 and 5 floors) for each minimum energy dissipation, moderate energy dissipation, and special energy dissipation grade has been carried out and the quantities of work with their respective total cost have been determined. As a general conclusion, it can be stated that the cost of building a structure that has special energy dissipation capacity for a given building can be twice that of a structure that has minimum energy dissipation capacity for the same building. On the other hand, it was observed that in order to guarantee a rigidity comparable to that of the other models analyzed, the system of reinforced concrete portal resistant to moments for DES level requires large column dimensions in the case of buildings of four or more floors, which suggests that other types of more efficient elements should be used in the vertical seismic resistance system.

this article is result of the research which main objective was analyzed factors and influence of methodology creative and nations united model in the development of abilities in communication of the students of the ninth grade. the methodology incorporates writing texts, set ups, and descriptive researches. The investigation was oriented quantitative focus with an analysis technique of multiple results factorial, identified profiles of students with character of leaders; the sample incorporated 150 students of educational institutions in Norte de Santander-Colombia. The results allow us to observe four factors associated with communicative skills: pragmatic, with the practice skills for the readings production; factor normative, belongs to etic based parameters, factor diplomatic negotiator, skill to intercede in conflicts and factor communicative in assign tasks to groups and planning. Apply the methodology denominated creative and United Nations model, developed and enhance political communications skills, democratic, of planning communicative and ethical.
