Modelo estructural para el desarrollo de competencias en estadística

Abstract

La investigación tuvo por objeto establecer un modelo estructural para el desarrollo de competencias en Estadística y Probabilidad en estudiantes de Ingeniería, a través de enfoque cuantitativo de análisis factorial utiliza encuesta cerrada con múltiples respuestas en 42 ítems, índice de Kappa de 0,88, permite caracterizar e identificar factores que inciden en el aprendizaje de la Estadística y Probabilidad y así determinar factores correlacionados significativos en el desarrollo de competencias para el área de Estadística y Probabilidad. Se concluye que el modelo estructural identifica factores de motivación, relaciones humanas y recursos asociados al desarrollo de Competencias cognitivas.

The research had the objective of establishing a structural model for the development of competencies in Statistics and Probability in Engineering students, through a quantitative approach of factor analysis using a closed survey with multiple answers in 42 items, Kappa index of 0.88, allows characterizing and identifying factors that influence the learning of Statistics and Probability and thus determining significant correlated factors in the development of competencies for the area of Statistics and Probability. It is concluded that the structural model identifies factors of motivation, human relations and resources associated with the development of cognitive competencies
