dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de grado modalidad monografía se realizó con el fin de implementar un sistema de manejo de residuos sólidos y líquidos en la planta de Cerveza Artesanal Motilona Beer, implementando sistemas agrícolas sostenibles como la elaboración de un biocompost a partir de los desechos o residuos generados en cada lote de producción. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de distintos documentos para la elaboración y producción de abonos orgánicos partir de materia orgánica y residuos generados por industrias cerveceras. Este producto se llevó a cabo para que la planta de producción lo utilizara para su propio uso y también para comercialización del mismo.
