dc.description.abstract | Dos experimentos se realizaron para observar los efectos del método de extracción seminal: Electroeyaculador (EE) vs. Vagina Artificial (VA); el diluyente: lecitina de soya (LS), yema de huevo al 6% (YH), lecitina de soya (LS) con mínimo de glicerol (LSbG) y la raza: Alpina (A) vs. Saanen (S) sobre la calidad espermática en semen descongelado de caprino (Capra hircus). Se utilizó la combinación DiOc6 y PI para evaluar por Citometría de flujo la vitalidad espermática (V) y el daño mitocodrial (AM). Mediante el Análisis Computarizado de la Motilidad espermática (CASA) se valoró el movimiento espermático (MOT) y progresividad de los espermatozoides (PROG), además de evaluar la integridad de la membrana acrosomal (IMA) en muestras seminales de macho cabríos. En el primer experimento no se evidenciaron diferencias debidas al método de extracción seminal ni a los diluyentes utilizados (P≥0,05), sin embargo, en el segundo experimento el diluyente LS supera (P≤0,05) a YH en los parámetros estudiados, MOT (56,60 % Vs 39,66 %) y PROG (33,31 % Vs 17,72 %). El efecto raza (A Vs S) también se evidenció (P≤0,05), solo con el uso del diluyente LS (V: 28,78 Vs 62,97 %). Los resultados indican que la LS mostró una mayor protección de los espermatozoides caprinos frente al proceso de criopreservación, comparándolo con YH, del mismo modo, las muestras seminales de la raza S demostraron ser más resistentes a los procesos de criopreservación. | spa |
