International Mathematics Education Meeting seeks to integrate the higher education
sector and national and international basic and secondary education institutions, through the
successful experiences shown by each one of the participants who tended to focus on the
themes on Science and engineering education, science projects, scientific computing,
mathematical modeling, mathematics and physics applied to medicine, education and
communication, development and earth sciences, statistics in research, pure and applied
mathematics, were taken as main topics for this event
