Celular e intersubjetividad

Abstract

El teléfono celular (Smartphone) que se ha convertido en un objeto omnipresente, en una prótesis identitaria que está jugando un papel decisivo en las relaciones intersubjetivas de sus usuarios. A partir de algunos postulados sobre intersubjetividad y «semiosis virtual» (Schütz, 2003; Dussel, 1999; Paciuk, 2008; Augé, 2000; Iribarme, 2002; Yarto, 2012) se plantea como objetivo fundamental de este artículo, indagar sobre el papel que juega el teléfono inteligente como mediador en las relaciones «yo-tu», donde el sujeto ve el lugar ideal para reinventarse y construir una «imagen ideal» contraponiendo «su parecer» a su «ser». Investigación exploratoria de carácter documental que ha permitido colegir que este dispositivo juega un rol paradójico y contradictorio, ya que por una parte proporciona una mayor autonomía y por otra genera más dependencia; enriquece las relaciones intersubjetivas («yo-tu») pero también puede hacer que se in-visibilice al «otro»; facilita una mayor libertad a su poseedor, frente a la posibilidad de mantenerlo atado; y todo ello en un contexto donde el sujeto se repliega sobre sí mismo pero que al mismo tiempo necesita de la aprobación del «otro» y donde se desdibujan los límites entre lo público y lo privado, lo personal y lo colectivo.

The cell phone (Smartphone) that has turned into an omnipresent object, in an identitarian prothesis which is playing a decisive role in the intersubjective relations of its users. From some postulates on intersubjectivity and “virtual semiosis” (Schütz, 2003; Dussel, 1999; Paciuk, 2008; Augé, 2000; Iribarme, 2002; Yarto, 2012) it appears as fundamental aim of this article, to investigate on the role that plays the Smartphone as mediator in the relations “Iyou”, where the subject sees the ideal place to reinvent himself and to construct an “ideal image” opposing “its opinion” to its “being”. Exploratory research of documentary type that has allowed to infer that this device plays a paradoxical and a contradictory role, since on one hand it provides a major autonomy and on the other hand it generates more dependence; It enriches the intersubjective relations («I -you») but also it can in-visibilice the “other"; it facilitates a major freedom to its possessor, against the possibility of keeping him tied; and all this in a context where the subject is folded upon himself but at the same time needs the approval of the “other” and where the boundaries between the public and the private, the personal and the collective are blurred.
